Try Tacoma Tomorrow

Looking for a different Sunday ride? Hit the road to Tacoma for the 38th annual Daffodil Classic. You’ll enjoy the scenic Foothills Trail as well as learn connections to make the trail ride into a loop.

Foothills Trail

The flat Foothills Trail is family-friendly and has great views of Mt. Rainier.

Presented by the Tacoma Wheelmen’s Bicycle Club, the ride offers four routes, from riding as few miles as you want on the Foothills Trail to completing a century by tackling both the Buckley (northeast) and Eatonville (south) loops.

The ride starts at the Orting Middle School, 7 a.m. Its $35, and kids under 17 ride free with an adult. Good food and great support from the local bike shops and roving sag wagons. Why not try Tacoma?
